The Middle School is not on a one hour delay tomorrow. We will be testing our technological infrastructure for testing purposes. Seventh and eighth graders will be on an adjusted schedule tomorrow. All students need to report to school at the normal arrival time.

SMS Choir students will be taping their Winter Concert tomorrow. Choir students should dress nice and be ready to record performances tomorrow (Thursday, December 17th).

It seems the issue with Google has been resolved. Remote learners, please log into your classes. Thank you.
At this time the district is having trouble accessing Google. Remote learners will have trouble logging on. It seems to be a pretty widespread issue. Periodically, check your Google classroom to see if the issue gets fixed and you can log-on. Please do not call the office for this as we are aware of the issue. Remote learners are excused. Check back on the SMS webpage. SMS will announce when the issue is resolved and students can log-on.

Band concerts will be pre-recorded on Sunday. Shawnee Middle School band members will report to the high school gymnasium at the following times on Sunday: 6th grade at 1:15 PM and the 7th and 8th grade at 3:15 PM.
The Shawnee Band will record their Holiday Harmonies Concert on December 13. The concert will be available for viewing later in the week for 24 hours. An announcement will be made when viewers are able to watch the concert.
